• Joined as a contractor for three months and transitioned to a full-time role, owning major frontend initiatives across KLAIM's healthcare products for the UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
• Designed and built klaim.ai and client-facing portals for onboarding, KYC, document management, forms, personal data, and AI-assisted document analysis.
• Created multi-step document workflows with clear animated processing states and AI-powered data prefilling, giving users continuous feedback across complex onboarding requirements.
• Migrated the product from React and a custom Ant Design library to Next.js, then rebuilt the design system as a modern, reusable foundation for future products; also delivered API integrations and selected backend features.
